- EDM :- Our die manufacturing facility is equipped with 1 EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) machine for precision machining of complex die features and intricate profiles. EDM technology enables accurate machining of difficult-to-machine areas while maintaining tight dimensional control and surface quality. This capability supports the production of reliable, high-quality dies for our die casting operations.
- Radial Drilling :- Our die manufacturing facility is equipped with 1 Radial Drilling machine for accurate drilling and machining of die components. It provides flexibility for drilling holes at different positions and angles, supporting precise die assembly and finishing requirements. This in-house capability helps ensure dimensional accuracy, consistent quality and efficient die manufacturing for our casting operations.
- Wire Cutting :- Our die manufacturing facility is equipped with 1 Wire Cutting machine for precision cutting of complex profiles and intricate die components. Wire EDM technology enables accurate machining of detailed shapes, slots and contours with tight dimensional control. This in-house capability supports high-quality die manufacturing, consistent performance and reliable results for our die casting requirements.
